John 14:23 (NIV)
Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
Prayer:
Lord our God, we are grateful that, through Your Spirit, we are called Your children. Thank You for the eternal gifts You’ve placed within us—gifts that strengthen us to stand firm, even under sorrow and burden. You are our life and our light, shining even in the deepest darkness, including the shadow of death. Fill us with Your strength and joyful hope. Keep these gifts alive in us, and let the light of Your presence grow ever brighter in our hearts. May we be drawn to You daily, and may all You’ve begun in us continue to shine.
